State property. A tender for the purchase of properties that will become new municipal headquarters

Milan, June 30 2019 - The process started by the Administration to identify new locations to which to transfer part of the municipal offices enters its second phase. After the notice published last winter to explore the availability of properties in the city area, the Council approved the guidelines of the tender aimed at the acquisition of properties already available.

“We aim to move quickly to enter the new offices by 2020 – states State Property Councilor Roberto Tasca –. In the tender we wrote that we are looking for immediately usable buildings, the tender that will follow will help the Administration to evaluate the best offer in relation to the quality of the buildings. We are optimistic because we will have new, better locations both for those who work there and for the citizens who will frequent them."

Eight companies responded to the first call and proposed as many properties in line with the parameters required by the municipal tender: location in areas synergistic with the neighborhood plan, easily reachable by local public transport, of adequate size and with high quality technical equipment. And above all immediately available.
The second phase involves a competition between the subjects already involved and also open to new interested parties. After an evaluation of the requirements of the properties included in the tender, the most advantageous economic offer for the Municipality will be awarded.

The tender offers 100 points: 60 for the technical offer (characteristics of the properties that best meet the required requirements) and 40 for the economic offer which starts from a maximum value of 2.500 euros/mXNUMX for the finished and wired property.
