State property. Time until March 31st for applications for rent installment payments
Milan, March 10 2021 - The deadline for submitting applications for installments of rent and concession fees for 15 has been extended from 31 to 2020 March. Tenants of municipally owned properties will thus be able to defer payments during the period of the health emergency caused by the COVID-19.
After submitting the applications and at the conclusion of the investigation, the offices will send the applicant the installment plan and the slips necessary for the payment of all the instalments.
If the amount due goes from a minimum of 100 euros to a maximum of 1.500 euros, it will be possible to defer up to 8 installments; in 24 installments if the amount reaches 6 thousand euros; in 36 installments for a debt exceeding 6 thousand euros. If the total amount to be paid in installments exceeds 10 thousand euros, a specific surety policy will need to be presented.
