State property. New tender for two shops in the Galleria

At the end of January auction with enchantment for the windows of Versace and Armani 
 
Milan, 29 December 2019 - There are many shop concessions in the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II expiring in 2020. The Municipality has in fact opened two new tenders for the rental, ending on 30 January, with the auction mechanism for the premises interior of the Octagon currently in use by Giorgio Armani Retail srl and Gianni Versace spa.
 
The lot in use by Armani includes two shop windows on the ground floor and a mezzanine to which free spaces have been added on the first floor. A total of 326 square meters for a starting price of 872.105,40 euros.
 
The three windows on the ground floor with mezzanine and basement used by Versace measure a total of 324 square meters for a starting price of 950.910,80 euros.
 
The auction takes place in two phases: the first is linked to the technical offer with the exclusion of catering. Competitors must present the envelope containing a descriptive report which highlights the excellence and high quality of the proposed use, value and prestige of the activity, linked to the traditions of the city or to the excellence of Made in Italy or international products. The aesthetic quality of the project in relation to the environment and furnishings must be highlighted.
Competitors who have achieved a score equal to or greater than 70 out of a maximum of 100 in the first phase will be admitted to the second phase of the auction. The spaces will be assigned with the auction mechanism starting from the respective auction bases with raises every three minutes of at least 50 thousand euros.
