State property. The building in Largo Treves sold at auction for 52,7 million

Milan, May 18 2021 – After 30 bids, the auction for the awarding of the Largo Treves municipal building has ended. Among six companies competing, Stella Real Estate prevailed and offered 52,7 million euros starting from an auction starting price of 22,6 million euros: much more than doubling the value of the 4.366 m property2.

"Another good sign for the economic recovery of our city – states the councilor for State Property, Roberto Tasca –. With today's auction we have taken a further step towards the valorisation and rationalization of the municipal real estate assets. It proves once again the successful use of auctions to induce competitors to enter into a bidding process that allows for greater proceeds for the benefit of the Municipality. The increased revenue will be used to support the huge capital interventions that the Municipality will have to make, among which the extension of M1 to Baggio".

There were also other lots at the auction. The office in via Pirelli 30: also in this case a lively race with 11 bids. The 414 m premises were awarded2 the company Real one Srl for 2 million euros. We started from a starting price of 1,3 million euros.

Only competitor for the property in via Edolo. Covi Immobiliare offered 3,9 million euros for 2.270 m2 which started from a starting price of 3,8 million euros.

However, the auction for the 3 m property in via San Tomaso 3.361 was deserted2, which currently remains in the Municipality's real estate availability and which will soon be put up for tender again.
