Milan, November 12 2019 - Fratelli Rossetti will open a shop for the first time in the Galleria. At the end of the public auction, the well-known footwear brand was provisionally awarded the 150 square meters of the second lot obtained from the premises currently used by Tim.
Fratelli Rossetti won with an offer of 550 thousand euros in annual rent on a starting price of 277.500. The technical and product offering was also rewarded, with the maximum score of 60 out of 100.
The new store will occupy a portion of the space currently used by Tim, whose lease will expire during the first half of 2020. The other two windows, assigned at auction in recent days with a maximum bid of 1,9 million euros, will instead host the Armani brand.
