Milan, 28 December 2020 – The purchase and sale contract was signed today between Palazzo Marino and the company Ecomisile Srl of the building in via Sile 8, where part of the municipal offices will be transferred. A 67 million euro operation, financed thanks to the sale of the current offices, which will be freed with the transfer of approximately one thousand employees to the new spaces.

Satisfaction on the part of the Administration, which is proceeding quickly towards the complete arrangement of the spaces and which plans to make them suitable for work by the month of February. The transfer of a first wave of employees is expected in March.

The real estate complex in via Sile 8 consists of an eight-storey main building, used as offices, with services and accessories, archives, meeting rooms, counters and terraces. The basement is reserved for parking while on the roof there is a photovoltaic system with an internal courtyard. The spaces have been adapted to meet functional and organizational needs as well as the high standards of eco-sustainability required by the Administration.
