State property. Corso Garibaldi, two spaces to be rented for activities and services
Milan, 27 December 2019 – The tender has been published to assign two rooms in Corso Garibaldi 89 and 91 of approximately 50 and 70 square meters respectively on the ground floors of a public housing block owned by the Municipality, intended for commercial activities and services.
The lease will last six years, renewable for another six. The use of spaces for purposes other than residential constitutes an important resource for the purposes of functional diversification and integration between local and city subjects, resources and activities, elements which can constitute real opportunities for raising the housing and relational quality of neighbourhoods. The notice will expire on January 31st.
