Milan, November 27 2021 - Fifty-four offers for eight commercial spaces located in the city districts. The public auction of the municipal state property which in the month of October had put various real estate units for different uses up for tender closed with a record number of participations.
For the units provisionally assigned (pending documentary checks) on a total of 13 lots (five remained without offers), an overall increase was recorded which almost tripled the starting price: from a minimum value of over 66 thousand euros per year for the rental of the eight spaces, they were awarded for a total amount of over 180 thousand euros.

"The wide participation in this competition - comments the Councilor for Budget and State Property Emmanuel Conte - makes us understand that there is a strong push for recovery that looks not only at the city center but also and above all at the life of the neighborhoods. More than the increases in rent, which are in any case an encouraging sign for the economy of small and medium-sized businesses in the neighborhood, we are really happy that the Municipality's spaces have received the attention of such a large number of operators. concrete support for the economy can also come through the availability of properties."

In detail, two kiosks were assigned inside the Verga Park (28 m85 each), Vecchia Pesa Ripamonti 9 (8 m61), via Ortica 1 (68 m8 acquired pursuant to the Anti-Mafia Code), via Terraggio 43 (4 m99) , via San Maurilio 5 (37,58 mXNUMX), via Rivoli, XNUMX (XNUMX mXNUMX), via Bergamini XNUMX (XNUMX mXNUMX).
The two real estate units in Piazza Castello, via Montegrappa 8 and via Zecca Vecchia 4 remained without offers and will therefore be the subject of an upcoming public auction.
