State property. Tender open for nine farmhouses and abandoned properties

Milan, May 19 2021 - There are nine abandoned properties owned by the municipality for which a tender for sale and leasing has been opened.  
The public tender for their assignment is based on the minimum and improvable elements of the most qualified proposals received by the Municipality during the expression of interest phase, started during 2020 and recently closed. 
  
"A process lasting several months is nearing its conclusion which will return to the city a portion of places that have remained abandoned for too long - states the councilor for State Property, Roberto Tasca -. The opening of the expression of interest for these old buildings, scattered around the peripheral neighborhoods of Milan, has highlighted the interest of numerous economic and social operators and this is another sign of the ongoing recovery. I would also like to thank the work of the State Property Offices for having registered dozens of forgotten spaces and having put them back into service. of the city".  
 
The exploratory survey covered 25 disused heritage properties and lasted three months, from June to August last year. The current tender concerns nine lots. Subsequently, a new tender will be launched for the remaining properties.  
 
At auction there are four farmhouses which will be granted surface rights and which will have to be redeveloped: via Celio Paravia 22, via Taverna 72, via Taverna 85 and via Vittorini 22. Tender also for the properties via Graf Arturo 29, via Rizzoli 13 , for the two real estate units in via Bianchi Espinoza 7 and the area of ​​via Marazzani.  
 
The properties will be awarded by applying the criterion of the most economically advantageous offer, with the tender being awarded to the offer that achieves the highest score. The maximum score that can be attributed (max 100 POINTS) is divided into 70 points for the technical offer and 40 for the economic offer. Much attention must be paid to high-performance projects: they must be eco-sustainable and have positive effects on the life of the neighbourhood, with services to be provided for the community. The tender will close at 12pm on 24 June 2021.
