Milan, February 22 2020 - "This morning I gathered a Palazzo Marino the working group to monitor the situation relating to Coronavirus. The Municipality will have the task of promptly implementing the indications received from the Lombardy Region and the Civil Protection Department.
We have currently implemented the ordinance of the Ministry of Health and the Lombardy Region and have suspended from work activities the employees of the Municipality of Milan and our subsidiaries who come from municipalities where there is an infection cluster.
This afternoon we will participate in the table in the Prefecture to get indications on how to proceed from here on out".
This was declared by the mayor of Milan Giuseppe Sala.
