Milan, 9 December 2020 – The City Council will meet via video conference tomorrow, Thursday 10 December, at 15 pm. At the end of the free interventions of the councilors (ex art. 30), the work program includes:

• suretyship guarantee provided pursuant to art. 207 of Legislative Decree no. 267/2000 with municipal council resolution no. 18 of 22/5/2008: extension of the duration to allow the definition of the moratorium on payments already granted by Banca Centropadana Credito Cooperativo to the Società Ginnastica Milanese Forza e Corora ASD and relating to the residual principal amount of the loan stipulated on 10/7/2008 ;
• recognition of off-balance sheet debts, pursuant to art. 194 paragraph 1, letter. A) of Legislative Decree 267/2000, deriving from the payment of legal expenses for the unfavorable executive judicial measures issued by the Judicial Authority against the Municipality of Milan in appeals against violations ascertained by the local police, by the voluntary ecological guards, by the operators ecological operators AMSA and other public inspectors, for a total of €7.378,07;
• recognition of off-balance sheet debts, pursuant to art. 194 paragraph 1, letter. A) of Legislative Decree 267/2000, deriving from the payment of legal expenses for the unfavorable executive judicial measures issued by the Judicial Authority against the Municipality of Milan in appeals against violations ascertained by the local police, by the voluntary ecological guards, by the operators ecological operators Amsa and other public inspectors, for a total of €13.557,22;
• Consolidated budget of the Municipality of Milan for the 2019 financial year. If the opinion of the auditors has been received.
• awarding of honorary citizenship of Milan to Patrick George Zaki.
• continuation of the topics left over from the meeting of 30 November.
