Milan, November 25 2020 - The City Council will meet via video conference tomorrow, Thursday 26 November, at 15 pm. The work program includes:

• Recognition of off-balance sheet debt pursuant to art. 194, paragraph 1, letter e) of Legislative Decree no. 267/2000 of the amount of €42.958,97 for the reclamation activities pursuant to Legislative Decree 152/2006, consisting in the management of the safety system of the groundwater, carried out by MM SpA on the Bovisa Gasometers site. 
• Recognition of off-balance sheet debts, pursuant to art. 194 paragraph 1, letter. A) of Legislative Decree 267/2000, deriving from the payment of legal expenses for the unfavorable executive judicial measures issued by the Judicial Authority against the Municipality of Milan in appeals against violations ascertained by the Local Police, by the voluntary ecological guards, by the operators ecological operators Amsa and other public inspectors, for a total of €79.966,25. 
• Recognition of off-balance sheet debts, pursuant to art. 194 paragraph 1, letter. A) of Legislative Decree 267/2000, deriving from the payment of legal expenses for unfavorable executive judicial measures issued by the judicial authority against the Municipality of Milan in appeals against violations ascertained by the Local Police, by the voluntary ecological guards, by the operators ecological operators Amsa and other public inspectors, for a total of €30.287,24. 
• Recognition of off-balance sheet debts, pursuant to art. 194 paragraph 1, letter. A) of Legislative Decree 267/2000, deriving from the payment of legal expenses for unfavorable executive judicial measures issued by the judicial authority against the Municipality of Milan in appeals against violations ascertained by the Local Police, by the voluntary ecological guards, by the operators ecological operators Amsa and other public inspectors, for a total of €18.842,21.
• Recognition of off-balance sheet debts pursuant to art. 194 paragraph 1 letter a) of the Consolidated Law on Local Authorities (TUEL), deriving from the payment of legal expenses for executive judicial measures unfavorable to the Municipality of Milan in cases under the jurisdiction of the Specialized Collection and Collection Directorate for a total of €39.513,36. 
• Recognition of legitimacy of off-balance sheet debt pursuant to art. 194, paragraph 1, letter e) of Legislative Decree no. 267/2000, for the total amount of €3.338,00 due, by way of services rendered by the Revenue Agency, in relation to the appraisals carried out regarding the increase in value of some properties, pursuant to Presidential Decree 380/ 2001 and subsequent amendments 
• Recognition, pursuant to art. 194, c. 1, letter. a), of Legislative Decree 267/00, of off-balance sheet debts deriving from the payment of legal expenses for n. 14 executive judicial measures unfavorable to the Municipality of Milan in cases followed by the Municipal Attorney's Office for a total of €. 28.502,37.
