Milan, November 11 2020 – The City Council will meet tomorrow via video conference, Thursday 12 November, at 15 pm. At the end of the immediate response questions, the work program includes:

• identification of areas or individual properties to be excluded from the application of the art. 11 paragraph 5 of the Regional Law 11 March 2005 n. 12 and subsequent amendments pursuant to and for the purposes of art. 11 paragraph 5-quater of the same law. Identification of the areas to be excluded from the application of the art. 11 paragraph 5-ter of the Regional Law of 11 March 2005 n. 12 and subsequent amendments pursuant to and for the purposes of the same art. 11 paragraph 5-ter of the same law. Modulation of the reduction of urbanization charges and the contribution to the cost of construction pursuant to and for the purposes of art. 43 paragraph 2-quinquies of the Regional Law 11 March 2005 n. 12 and subsequent amendments;
• recognition of an off-balance sheet debt pursuant to art. 194, 1st paragraph, letter. a), Legislative Decree 267/2000 for the amount of €26.027,30 due for the reimbursement of the fine paid in excess by the company Santuguzzone 5 Srl, including legal interest, in compliance with sentence no. 2270 of 28/10/2019 issued by the TAR for Lombardy;
• recognition, pursuant to art. 194, c. 1, letter. a), of Legislative Decree 267/00, of off-balance sheet debts deriving from the payment of legal expenses for n. 19 executive judicial measures unfavorable to the Municipality of Milan in cases followed by the Municipal Attorney's Office for a total of €97.565,65;
• recognition of an off-balance sheet debt pursuant to art. 194 – paragraph 1 – letter. a) Legislative Decree 267/2000 for the total amount of €477.873,33 due for the reimbursement of the construction contribution paid in excess by Progettoloft Srl, including legal interest and court costs, in compliance with ordinance no. . 649/2019 and sentence no. 1418/2020 of the Lombardy TAR;
• recognition of an off-balance sheet debt pursuant to art. 194, 1st paragraph, letter. a), Legislative Decree 267/2000 for the amount of €11.272,71 due for the reimbursement of the construction contribution paid in excess by Mr. Enrico Staunovo Polacco, in compliance with sentence no. 588/2020 of the Lombardy TAR, in addition to the legal interest accrued equal to €872,90 and thus for a total of €12.145,61.
