Milan, September 27 2020 - The City Council will meet on Monday 28 September at 15 pm. The work program includes:  

• Personal income tax, municipal surcharge to IRPEF. Approval for the year 2020 of the higher exemption threshold (up to a taxable income determined for the purposes not exceeding €23.000,00) with consequent modification of the regulation (art. 6, paragraph 2, of the regulation for the application of the surcharge municipal income tax). 
• Integration, pursuant to the amendments introduced with Legislative Decree 104/2020 art. 108, to Council resolution no. 37/2020 having as its object "approval of the rates relating to the municipal tax (IMU) with reference to the 2020 tax year, pursuant to the legislative changes introduced with Law 160/2019 (budget law)."
