Milan, September 9 2020 – The City Council will meet tomorrow, Thursday 10 September, at 16 pm Palazzo Marino. The session will be opened by free speeches from the councilors (ex art. 21), at the end of which the program of work includes:

• approval of the economic and financial plan of the integrated waste management service, including separated, urban and similar waste, of the Municipality of Milan - Year 2020, for the purposes of applying the relevant municipal tax (Tari) - year 2020 (if approved by the competent council commission) ;
• approval of Tari tariffs - Waste tax - Year 2020 and concessions (if approved by the competent council commission);
• recognition of off-balance sheet debts, pursuant to art. 194 paragraph 1, letter. A) of Legislative Decree 267/2000, deriving from the payment of legal expenses for the unfavorable executive judicial measures issued by the judicial authority against the Municipality of Milan in appeals against violations ascertained by the local police for a total of €21.640,87.

Access to the council chamber will be allowed only to city councilors. The presence of the public is not permitted. The session will be visible in streaming from the site http://milano.videoassemblea.it.
