Milan, July 26 2020 - The City Council will meet tomorrow, Monday 27 July, at 15 pm. 

The work program includes: 

• Communications from the Council on the Seveso flood 
• Modification of CC resolution n. 27/2017 containing "Guidelines for the voluntary collection of arrears accrued as of 31 December 2016 on municipally owned housing assets entrusted to the management of the investee company MM SpA" and guidelines for other actions aimed at reducing arrears on municipal housing assets. 
• Approval of the rates relating to the municipal tax (IMU) with reference to the 2020 tax year, pursuant to the legislative changes introduced with the law. 160/2019 (if dismissed by the competent council commission).
