Milan, July 7 2019 - The City Council will meet on Monday 8 July, at 16 pm.

At the end of the free speeches of the councilors (ex art. 21), which will last a maximum of one hour, the work program includes:

Agendas;

• modification of article no. 31 paragraph 1 of the Municipality Regulations of the Municipality of Milan;
• recognition of off-balance sheet debt pursuant to art. 194, paragraph 1, letter a) of Legislative Decree no. 267/2000 of the amount of €58.927,19 in execution of the Lombardy TAR Sentence n. 01791/17 Provincial Reg. Coll. and no. 03499/14 Rec. Rec., for the refund of the sums paid in the past by the company NAVIR S.r.l. in liquidation, in relation to building permits;
• recognition of off-balance sheet debts deriving from the payment of legal expenses for executive judicial measures unfavorable to the Municipality of Milan in cases followed by the municipal attorney's office for a total of €58.747,06, relating to judicial measures received in the period 01/03/2019-16/04 /2019;
• recognition of off-balance sheet debts deriving from the payment of legal expenses for executive judicial measures unfavorable to the Municipality of Milan in cases followed by the municipal attorney's office for a total of €70.391,48, relating to judicial measures received in the period 17/04/2019-13/05 /2019.
