Milan, June 21 2020 - The City Council will meet tomorrow, Monday 22 June, at 15 pm.

The program of the works includes, at the beginning, questions for immediate response. The following discussion will focus on three measures: Change to the 2020-2022 financial budget; the recognition of off-balance sheet debts, pursuant to art. 194 paragraph 1, letter a) of Legislative Decree 267/2000 deriving from the payment of legal expenses for the unfavorable executive judicial measures issued by the Judicial Authority against the Municipality of Milan in appeals against violations ascertained by the Local Police for a total of € 10.934,26; the recognition of off-balance sheet debt pursuant to art. 194, 1st paragraph letter. a), Legislative Decree 267/2000, deriving from the payment of the sum of €15.000,00, plus interest and revaluation from the amount due to the balance, and €4.946,61, by way of legal expenses, in execution of the sentence of the Court of Appeal of Milan – Labor Section n. 1997/2019 published on 16.04.2020.
