Recognition of off-balance sheet debt pursuant to art. 194, 1st paragraph letter. a), Legislative Decree 267/2000, deriving from the payment of the total sum of €21.251,01, in execution of the sentence of the Court of Milan - Labor Section n. 2110/2019 published on 24.10.2019;

Recognition of off-balance sheet debt pursuant to art. 194, 1st paragraph letter. a), Legislative Decree 267/2000, deriving from the payment of the total sum of €2.589,25.=, in execution of the sentence of the Justice of the Peace of Milan n. 10202 – Year 2019 – General Roll n. 32780/2018 – Repertory no. 11308/19 of 22/10/2019;

Recognition of off-balance sheet debts, pursuant to art. 194 paragraph 1, letter a) of Legislative Decree 267/2000, deriving from the payment of legal expenses for the unfavorable executive judicial measures issued by the Judicial Authority against the Municipality of Milan in appeals against violations ascertained by the Local Police for a total € €18.956,54, relating to judicial orders received in the period 01/12/2019-31/12/2019;

Recognition of off-balance sheet debts pursuant to art. 194 paragraph 1 letter a) deriving from the payment of legal expenses for executive judicial measures unfavorable to the Municipality of Milan in cases under the jurisdiction of the Specialized Collection and Collection Directorate for a total of €98.048,63, relating to judicial measures received in the period 11/12/ 2019- 07/02/2020;

Recognition of off-balance sheet debt pursuant to art. 194, paragraph 1, letter e) of Legislative Decree no. 267/2000 of the amount of €206.972,22 for permanent safety measures, pursuant to Legislative Decree 152/06, of the municipal area of ​​Via Crispi n. 20 (former CIAL car wash);

Recognition of off-balance sheet debts, pursuant to art. 194 Legislative Decree 267/2000 paragraph 1, letter a) deriving from the payment of legal expenses for the unfavorable executive judicial measures issued by the Judicial Authority against the Municipality of Milan in appeals against violations ascertained by the Local Police for a total of €5.294,49 .16 relating to judicial orders received in the period 10/2019/31-10/2019/XNUMX;

Recognition of legitimacy of off-balance sheet debt pursuant to art. 194, paragraph 1, letter e) of Legislative Decree no. 267/2000, for the total amount of €6.117,65 due, by way of services rendered by the Revenue Agency, in relation to the appraisals carried out regarding the increase in value of some properties, pursuant to Presidential Decree 380/ 2001 and subsequent amendments;

Recognition of off-balance sheet debts, pursuant to art. 194 paragraph 1, letter a) of Legislative Decree 267/2000, deriving from the payment of legal expenses for the unfavorable executive judicial measures issued by the Judicial Authority against the Municipality of Milan in appeals against violations ascertained by the Local Police for a total €5.088,43, relating to judicial orders received in the period 01/11/2019-30/11/2019;

Recognition of off-balance sheet debts pursuant to art. 194 paragraph 1 letter a) of the Consolidated Law on Local Authorities (TUEL), deriving from the payment of legal expenses for executive judicial measures unfavorable to the Municipality of Milan in cases falling within the competence of the Specialized Collection and Collection Directorate for a total of €69.408,76, relating to judicial orders relating to the area of ​​compulsory collection and fines of the Highway Code, received in the period 08/02/2020-10/03/2020.
