Milan, November 3 2019 - The City Council will meet tomorrow, Monday 4 November, at 16,30 pm. At the end of the free interventions of the councilors (ex art. 21), which will last a maximum of one hour, the work program includes the discussion of the following resolutions:

•    Consolidated budget of the Municipality of Milan for the 2018 financial year
•    Statute of the Milano Smart City Association - Approval of the change in the name of the Association to “Milano & Partners” and the changes to the articles. 1, art. 2, art. 3, art. 4, art. 5, art. 6 part, art. 7 part, art. 8, art. 9 part, art. 10, art. 11 part, art. 12, art. 13, art. 14 part, art. 15 part, art. 16 part, art. 17, art. 18, art. 19 part, art. 20, art. 21, art. 22, art. 24 part and repeal of the art. 25
•    Mandatory fire surveillance service at Palazzo Reale, for the year 2018. Recognition of off-balance sheet debt pursuant to art. 194, paragraph 1, letter e) of Legislative Decree 267/2000. 
•    Recognition of off-balance sheet debt pursuant to art. 194, 1st paragraph letter. a), Legislative Decree 267/2000, deriving from the payment of the sum of €2.000,00, plus accessories from publication to the actual balance and €7.733,34, as legal expenses, in execution of the sentence of the Court of Milan Appeal – Labor Section n. 695/2019 of 26.03.2019 
•    Recognition of off-balance sheet debt pursuant to art. 194, 1st paragraph letter. a), Legislative Decree 267/2000, deriving from the payment of the total sum of €75.336,45, in execution of the sentence of the Court of Milan - Labor Section n. 829/2019 of 28.03.2019, published on 20.05.2019.
