Milan, 3 April 2022 – Free speeches and questions with immediate answers for the first hour and a half, then the debate on the school hosted in via Vivaio, two off-balance sheet debts, an honorary citizenship and the dispute of incompatibility due to pending litigation by Councilor Palmeri.

These are the topics planned for the city council tomorrow, Monday 4 April, which will meet at 16 pm in Palazzo Marino.

In particular, after the first hour and a half, the deputy mayor Anna Scavuzzo will bring to the Chamber a report on the lower secondary school hosted in via Vivaio and each council group will have five minutes available to intervene.

The Council then plans, among other things, the conferment of honorary citizenship of Milan on Yelena Osipovae, the motions and agendas listed below and the resolution entitled "Conclusive determinations of the City Council regarding the dispute procedure , pursuant to art. 69 of Legislative Decree no. 267/2000, of the incompatibility case for pending litigation pursuant to art. 63, paragraph 1, point 4 TUEELL against the municipal councilor Manfredi Palmeri".

The Chamber will be called to express its opinion on the existence or otherwise of the incompatibility of Councilor Palmeri, contested due to a dispute with the Municipality for payment orders linked to posters containing electoral propaganda without the necessary authorization.
