Milan, 15 December 2021 – The City Council is convened tomorrow, Thursday 16 December, with appeal at 16 pm.

Opening the discussion on the resolution "Provisions relating to abandoned buildings with critical issues pursuant to art. 40 bis of Regional Law 11 March 2005 n. 12 and subsequent amendments" (if approved by the competent council commission).

Following:

• recognition of off-balance sheet debts, pursuant to art. 194, paragraph 1, letter. a), of Legislative Decree 267/2000, deriving from the payment of compensation for damages for civil liability of the Municipality of Milan, for causes followed by the State Property and Heritage Directorate according to the methods established by the civil liability policy towards third parties, following n. 4 executive judicial measures unfavorable to the Municipality for a total of €32.618,15;
• modification of the name of the Council Commission n. 17;
• counter-deduction to the observations and definitive approval of the Air and Climate Plan document and related annexes.
