Milan, 14 July 2019 - The city council will meet tomorrow, Monday 15 July, at 16,30 pm. At the end of the free interventions of the councilors (ex art. 21), which will last a maximum of one hour, of the questions for immediate response and of the answers to the questions, also for a maximum of one hour, the work program includes: 
•    Recognition of off-balance sheet debt pursuant to art.194, paragraph 1, letter a) of Legislative Decree no. 267/2000 of the amount of 58.927,19 euros in execution of the sentence of the Regional Administrative Court of Lombardy no. 01791/17 Provincial Reg. Coll. And no. 03499/14 Reg. Rc., for the refund of the sums paid in the past by the Company NAVIR S.r.l. IN LIQUIDATION (C.F./P.I. 02232710364), Via Argelati, 44- 20143 Milan – Leg. Representative Dr. Pino Fossati, in relation to building permits: Progressive R.I. n. 794/2003 Protocol no. 347.176 of 08.01.2003. Progressive W.F. n. 1439/2003 Protocol no. 16967176/2003 dated 22/04/2003. Progressive W.F. n. 5254/2004 Protocol no. 583161/2004 of 25/06/2004 via Argelati, 40 – Milan.

Furthermore, if opinions have been received from the auditors, discussion of the resolutions is envisaged:
•    Compulsory fire surveillance service at Palazzo Reale for the year 2018 with the recognition of off-balance sheet debt pursuant to art. 194, paragraph 1, letter e) of Legislative Decree 267/2000
•    Recognition of off-balance sheet debt deriving from the payment of the supply of equipment necessary for the Nu.I.R. Unit. of the Municipality of Milan for the needs of emergency road assistance for a total of €5000,27 including VAT, pursuant to art. 194, paragraph 1 letter. e) of Legislative Decree 267/00 and subsequent amendments.
•    Recognition of off-balance sheet debts pursuant to art. 194, paragraph 1, letters a) and e) of Legislative Decree 267/2000 for an amount of €5.544.449,50 and contextual change in the 2019/2021 financial balance sheet
•    Recognition of off-balance sheet debts deriving from the payment of legal expenses for executive judicial measures unfavorable to the Municipality of Milan in cases followed by the municipal attorney's office for a total of 132.513,57 euros, relating to judicial measures received in the period 13/05/2019 – 07 /06/2019.
