Milan, November 3 2021 – The City Council is convened tomorrow, Thursday 4 November, with appeal at 16 pm.

On the agenda, at the beginning, the discussion on the resolution of the Consolidated Budget of the Municipality of Milan for the financial year 2020. Before the debate in the Chamber, the resolution will be presented to the Budget and Real Estate Assets and Control of Investee Bodies Board Commissions, meeting in joint session, at 13 pm.

The Council program then includes the topics left over from the previous session.

If dismissed by the competent commissions, discussion of the following resolutions is envisaged afterwards:  

• recognition of an off-balance sheet debt pursuant to art. 194, paragraph 1, letter. a), Legislative Decree 267/2000 for the amount of €15.803,52.= in favor of CS and PG, including interest and legal expenses and monetary revaluation, to settle the expenses incurred for the daughter's school transport BC for the 2018/2019 school year; in execution of ordinance no. 4633/2021 of 03/06/2021 (RG 55752/2021) of the Ordinary Court of Milan;  
• recognition, pursuant to art. 194, c. 1, letter. a), of Legislative Decree 267/00, of off-balance sheet debts deriving from the payment of legal expenses for n. 9 executive judicial measures unfavorable to the Municipality of Milan in cases followed by the municipal attorney's office for a total of €41.499,28;  
• recognition of off-balance sheet debts, pursuant to art. 194 paragraph 1, letter. A) of Legislative Decree 267/2000, deriving from the payment of legal expenses for unfavorable executive judicial measures issued by the judicial authority against the Municipality of Milan in appeals against violations ascertained by the local police, by the voluntary ecological guards, by the operators ecological AMSA and other public inspectors, for a total of €7130,40;  
• recognition of off-balance sheet debts pursuant to art. 194 paragraph 1 letter a) of the Consolidated Law on Local Authorities (TUEL), deriving from the payment of legal expenses for executive judicial measures unfavorable to the Municipality of Milan in cases falling within the competence of the Specialist Collection and Collection Directorate for a total of €29.335,09.
