Milan, September 26 2021 - The City Council will meet via video conference tomorrow, Monday 27 September, at 15 pm. The work program includes: 

• Approval of partial modification of article 12 of the Funeral and Cemetery Services Regulations of the Municipality of Milan. 
• Recognition of off-balance sheet debt pursuant to art. 194, 1st paragraph letter. a), Legislative Decree 267/2000, deriving from the payment of the total sum of €3.764,06 in execution of the sentence of the Court of Milan – I Civil Section n. 5991/2021 published on 08/07/2021. 
• Recognition, pursuant to art. 194, c. 1, letter. a), of Legislative Decree 267/00, of off-balance sheet debts deriving from the payment of legal expenses for n. 21 executive judicial measures unfavorable to the Municipality of Milan in cases followed by the Municipal Attorney's Office for a total of €. 86.442,04. 
• Recognition of off-balance sheet debts, pursuant to art. 194 paragraph 1, letter. A) of Legislative Decree 267/2000, deriving from the payment of expenses for unfavorable executive judicial measures issued by the judicial authority against the Municipality of Milan in appeals against violations ascertained by the Local Police, by the voluntary ecological guards, by the ecological operators Amsa and other public inspectors, for a total of €. 9.961,25.  
• Recognition of off-balance sheet debts pursuant to art. 194 paragraph 1 letter a) of the Consolidated Law on Local Authorities (TUEL), deriving from the payment of legal expenses for executive judicial measures unfavorable to the Municipality of Milan in cases under the jurisdiction of the Specialized Collection and Collection Directorate for a total of €34.035,44 
• Recognition of off-balance sheet debts, pursuant to art. 194, paragraph 1, letter. a), of Legislative Decree 267/2000, deriving from the payment of compensation for damages for civil liability of the Municipality of Milan, for causes followed by the State Property and Heritage Directorate according to the methods established by the Civil Liability towards Third Parties policy, following n. 3 executive judicial measures unfavorable to the Municipality for a total of €24.477,78. 
• Recognition of off-balance sheet debt pursuant to art. 194, paragraph 1, letter a) of Legislative Decree no. 267/2000 equal to €209.116,01 deriving from executive sentence no. 5325/2021, for fees relating to the contract for the management of nurseries, micro-nurseries and early childhood centers owned by the Municipality of Milan conducted under the accreditation regime for the months of July 2014 - 2015 and 2016.
