Milan, July 21 2021 - The City Council will meet in the presence of palazzo Marino tomorrow, Thursday 22 July, at 15pm. The work program includes:

• Recognition of off-balance sheet debts, pursuant to art. 194 paragraph 1, letter. A) of Legislative Decree 267/2000, deriving from the payment of legal expenses for unfavorable executive judicial measures issued by the judicial authority against the Municipality of Milan in appeals against violations ascertained by the Local Police, by the voluntary ecological guards, by the operators ecological operators Amsa and other public inspectors, for a total of €. 5.100,89.
• Approval of the additions and partial amendments to articles 2, 3, 4, 7, 10, 14, 17, 18, 20, 28, 32 and Annex 1 - Technical Standards - of the Regulations for Funeral and Cemetery Services of the Municipality of Milan.
• COVID-19 health emergency - Measures to support entrepreneurial activities holding state concessions in the Darsena port area. Regulation for the regulation of administrative functions delegated to the Municipality of Milan relating to the Darsena port area, approved with council resolution no. 12 of 17.05.2017 adaptation to the new Single Property Fee established and governed by the Regulation approved with council resolution no. 23 of 11.03.2021.
• Declaration of prevailing public interests for the purposes of maintaining part of the structures of Cascina Molino Torrette and part of the structures of Cassinetta San Gregorio, located in via Giuseppe Marotta within the Lambro Park, pursuant to art. 31, paragraph 5 of Presidential Decree 380/2001 and subsequent amendments and approval of the Hydraulic Risk Scenario of flood event of the Civil Protection Plan - Floodplain area on the left orographic bank of the Lambro River from Cascina Gobba to Via Feltre.
• Implementation of City Council resolution no. 607 of 28 May 2021 in relation to the postponement of the deadlines for the entity's tax levies, provided for by municipal regulations, and specific concessions on payment terms.
• Recognition, pursuant to art. 194, c.1, letter a), of Legislative Decree 267/2000, of the off-balance sheet debt deriving from the payment of the total sum of Euro 28.699,47 in execution of the sentence of the Regional Court for Public Waters no. 675/2021 published on 02.03.2021.
• Recognition, pursuant to art. 194, c. 1, letter. a), of Legislative Decree 267/00, of off-balance sheet debts deriving from the payment of legal expenses for n. 13 executive judicial measures unfavorable to the Municipality of Milan in cases followed by the Municipal Attorney's Office for a total of €. 39.089,90.
• Recognition of an off-balance sheet debt, pursuant to art. 194, c. 1, letter. a), of Legislative Decree 267/2000, for the total amount of 140.648,58 euros, in addition to litigation costs for the total amount of 4.054,30 euros in compliance with injunction decree no. 15894/2020 issued on 14/10/20 by the Court of Milan and the provisional execution accepted by the Court of Milan, filed on 20/04/2021.
• Approval of the amendment to the articles. 5 and 6, paragraph 1, of the ATM SpA Statute Transfer of ownership to ATM SpA of the municipal areas located in viale Toscana and via Triboniano for the construction of depots functional to the full electric local public transport service.
• Recognition of off-balance sheet debt pursuant to art. 194, 1st paragraph letter. a), Legislative Decree 267/2000, deriving from the payment of the total sum of €8.998,07, in execution of the sentence of the Court of Milan - Labor Section n. 1267/2021 published on 03.06.2021.
• Counter-deduction to the observations and final approval of the Air and Climate Plan document and related annexes.
• Continuation of topics left over from the previous session.
