Milan, June 27 2021 - Il Consiglio comunale è convocato in presenza per domani, lunedì 28 giugno, alle 16:30. In apertura Mozioni e ordini del giorno. A seguire il programma dei lavori prevede:   
•    Dibattito sul tema “Indirizzi per la destinazione dell’avanzo vincolato di Bilancio”.  
• Recognition of off-balance sheet debts pursuant to art. 194 paragraph 1 letter a) of the Consolidated Law on Local Authorities (TUEL), deriving from the payment of legal expenses for executive judicial measures unfavorable to the Municipality of Milan in cases under the jurisdiction of the Specialized Collection and Collection Directorate for a total of €47.274,53.  
•    Riconoscimento, ai sensi dell’art. 194, c. 1, lett. a), del D.lgs 267/00, dei debiti fuori bilancio derivanti dal pagamento delle spese legali per n. 14 provvedimenti giudiziali esecutivi sfavorevoli al Comune di Milano in cause seguite dall’Avvocatura Comunale per complessivi €. 45.741,25  
•    Riconoscimento del debito fuori bilancio ai sensi dell’art. 194 – comma 1 – lett. a) del D.Lgs. 267/2000 per l’importo complessivo di € 2.600,00 in adempimento della sentenza della Corte d’Appello sezione IV penale del 01.02.2021.  
• Recognition of off-balance sheet debts, pursuant to art. 194 paragraph 1, letter. A) of Legislative Decree 267/2000, deriving from the payment of legal expenses for unfavorable executive judicial measures issued by the judicial authority against the Municipality of Milan in appeals against violations ascertained by the Local Police, by the voluntary ecological guards, by the operators ecological operators Amsa and other public inspectors, for a total of €. 3.687,06.   
• Recognition of legitimacy of off-balance sheet debt pursuant to art. 194, paragraph 1, letter e) of Legislative Decree no. 267/2000, for the total amount of €3.909,50 due, by way of services rendered by the Revenue Agency, in relation to the appraisals carried out regarding the increase in value of some properties, pursuant to Presidential Decree 380/ 2001 and subsequent amendments   
• Recognition of off-balance sheet debts pursuant to art. 194 paragraph 1 letter a) of the Consolidated Law on Local Authorities (TUEL), deriving from the payment of legal expenses for executive judicial measures unfavorable to the Municipality of Milan in cases under the jurisdiction of the Specialized Collection and Collection Directorate for a total of €26.616,30.   
•    Riconoscimento dei debiti fuori bilancio, ai sensi dell’art. 194, comma 1, lett. a), del D.Lgs. 267/2000, derivanti dal pagamento dei risarcimenti dei danni per Responsabilità civile del Comune di Milano, per cause seguite dalla Direzione Demanio e Patrimonio secondo le modalità previste dalla polizza di Responsabilità Civile verso Terzi, a seguito di n. 1 provvedimento giudiziale esecutivo sfavorevole al Comune per complessivi € 8.674,59.=   
• Recognition of off-balance sheet debts pursuant to art. 194 paragraph 1 letter a) of the Consolidated Law on Local Authorities (TUEL), deriving from the payment of legal expenses for executive judicial measures unfavorable to the Municipality of Milan in cases under the jurisdiction of the Specialized Collection and Collection Directorate for a total of €22.982,12.
