Milan, June 6 2021 - The City Council will meet tomorrow, Monday 7 June, at 16 pm.

At the end of the free speeches of the councilors (ex art.21) and of motions and agendas, the work program includes the following resolutions:

- Recognition of off-balance sheet debts pursuant to art. 194 paragraph 1 letter a) of the Consolidated Law on Local Authorities (TUEL), deriving from the payment of legal costs for executive judicial measures unfavorable to the Municipality of Milan in cases under the jurisdiction of the Specialized Collection and Collection Directorate for a total of €47.274,53;
- Recognition, pursuant to art. 194, c. 1, letter. a), of Legislative Decree 267/00, of off-balance sheet debts deriving from the payment of legal expenses for n. 14 executive judicial measures unfavorable to the Municipality of Milan in cases followed by the Municipal Attorney's Office for a total of €45.741,25;
- Recognition of off-balance sheet debt pursuant to art. 194 – paragraph 1 – letter. a) of Legislative Decree 267/2000 for the total amount of €2.600,00 in compliance with the sentence of the Criminal Section IV Court of Appeal of 01.02.2021;
Recognition of off-balance sheet debt pursuant to art. 194, 1st paragraph letter. a), Legislative Decree 267/2000, deriving from the payment of the total sum of €2.798,57.= in execution of the sentence of the Lombardy TAR n. 625 of 31/03/2016 - RG n. 1545 of 2015;
- Recognition of off-balance sheet debts, pursuant to art. 194 paragraph 1, letter. A) of Legislative Decree 267/2000, deriving from the payment of legal expenses for unfavorable executive judicial measures issued by the judicial authority against the Municipality of Milan in appeals against violations ascertained by the Local Police, by the voluntary ecological guards, by the operators ecological operators Amsa and other public inspectors, for a total of €. 3.687,06;
- Recognition of legitimacy of off-balance sheet debt pursuant to art. 194, paragraph 1, letter e) of Legislative Decree no. 267/2000, for the total amount of €3.909,50 due, by way of services rendered by the Revenue Agency, in relation to the appraisals carried out regarding the increase in value of some properties, pursuant to Presidential Decree 380/ 2001 and subsequent amendments;
- Recognition of off-balance sheet debts pursuant to art. 194 paragraph 1 letter a) of the Consolidated Law on Local Authorities (TUEL), deriving from the payment of legal costs for executive judicial measures unfavorable to the Municipality of Milan in cases under the jurisdiction of the Specialized Collection and Collection Directorate for a total of €26.616,30;
- Conferral of honorary citizenship of Milan to the Unknown Soldier.
As established in the Conference of Presidents of the Council Groups, the session will take place via videoconference and in "mixed" mode, i.e. with part of the councilors present in the Chamber and part of the councilors remotely.
