The session will take place via videoconference in "mixed" mode, with councilors in the Chamber and remotely

Milan, May 26 2021 – The City Council will meet tomorrow, Thursday 27 May, at 15 pm. At the end of the immediate response questions, the work program includes: 

• ratification, pursuant to art. 34 of Legislative Decree 18 August 2000, n. 267 and art. 6, paragraph 11, of LR 14 March 2003 n. 2, of the adhesion of the Municipality of Milan to the Supplementary Deed of the Program Agreement called "Montecity-Rogoredo" signed on 4 June 2004 between the Lombardy Region and the Municipality of Milan. (if dismissed by the competent council commission);
• recognition of off-balance sheet debts pursuant to art. 194 paragraph 1 letter a) of the Consolidated Law on Local Authorities (TUEL), deriving from the payment of legal expenses for executive judicial measures unfavorable to the Municipality of Milan in cases falling within the competence of the Specialist Collection and Collection Directorate for a total of 47.274,53 euros (if dismissed by the competent council commission);
• recognition of off-balance sheet debts, pursuant to art. 194 paragraph 1, letter. A) of Legislative Decree 267/2000, deriving from the payment of legal expenses for the unfavorable executive judicial measures issued by the judicial authority against the Municipality of Milan in appeals against violations ascertained by the local police, by the voluntary ecological guards, by the AMSA ecological operators and other public inspectors, for a total of 35.251,62 euros;
• recognition of off-balance sheet debt pursuant to art. 194 – paragraph 1 – letter. a) Legislative Decree 267/2000 for the amount of 2.960,62 euros due for the reimbursement of monetization in lieu of finding spaces for appurtenant parking connected to the recovery of the attic, paid by Mr. VA, in addition to the litigation costs of €3.568,24 for a total sum of €6.528,86, in compliance with sentence no. 2138/2020 issued by the TAR for Lombardy;
• recognition of off-balance sheet debts, pursuant to art. 194 paragraph 1, letter. A) of Legislative Decree 267/2000, deriving from the payment of legal expenses for unfavorable executive judicial measures issued by the judicial authority against the Municipality of Milan in appeals against violations ascertained by the local police, by the voluntary ecological guards, by the operators ecological AMSA and other public inspectors, for a total of 8.776,92 euros;
• recognition of off-balance sheet debts, pursuant to art. 194, paragraph 1, letter. a), of Legislative Decree 267/2000, deriving from the payment of compensation for damages for civil liability of the Municipality of Milan, for causes followed by the State Property and Heritage Directorate according to the methods established by the civil liability policy towards third parties, following n. 1 executive judicial measure unfavorable to the Municipality for a total of 24.732,54 euros (if dismissed by the competent council commission);
• motions and agendas.

 
As established in the Conference of Presidents of the Council Groups, the session will take place via videoconference and in "mixed" mode, i.e. with part of the councilors present in the Chamber and part of the councilors remotely.
