The session will take place via videoconference in 'mixed' mode, with councilors in the Chamber and remotely 

Milan, May 23 2021 - The City Council will meet tomorrow, Monday 24 May, at 16 pm. At the end of the free speeches of the councilors (ex art.21), the work program includes: 

• Management Report for the 2020 financial year; 
• Approval of the new Regulations of the Municipal Supervision Commission on Public Entertainment Venues; 
• Recognition of off-balance sheet debt pursuant to art. 194, paragraph 1, letter a) of Legislative Decree no. 267/2000 deriving from a judicial ruling unfavorable to the Municipality of Milan, referred to in sentence no. 279/2021 of the Court of Milan in a civil case brought by the company AM Group Srl, for a total amount of €50.886,68; 
• Recognition of off-balance sheet debts pursuant to art. 194 paragraph 1 letter a) of the Consolidated Law on Local Authorities (TUEL), deriving from the payment of legal expenses for executive judicial measures unfavorable to the Municipality of Milan in cases falling within the competence of the Specialized Collection and Collection Directorate for a total of €47.274,53 (if dismissed by the competent council commission);  
• Recognition of off-balance sheet debts, pursuant to art. 194 paragraph 1, letter. A) of Legislative Decree 267/2000, deriving from the payment of legal expenses for unfavorable executive judicial measures issued by the judicial authority against the Municipality of Milan in appeals against violations ascertained by the Local Police, by the voluntary ecological guards, by the operators ecological operators Amsa and other public inspectors, for a total of €. 35.251,62 (if dismissed by the competent council commission);  
• Recognition of off-balance sheet debt pursuant to art. 194 – paragraph 1 – letter. a) Legislative Decree 267/2000 for the amount of €2.960,62 due for the reimbursement of monetization in lieu of finding spaces for appurtenant parking connected to the recovery of the attic, paid by Mr. VA, in addition to the litigation costs of €3.568,24 for the total sum of €6.528,86, in compliance with sentence no. 2138/2020 issued by the TAR for Lombardy;  
• Recognition of off-balance sheet debts, pursuant to art. 194 paragraph 1, letter. A) of Legislative Decree 267/2000, deriving from the payment of legal expenses for unfavorable executive judicial measures issued by the judicial authority against the Municipality of Milan in appeals against violations ascertained by the Local Police, by the voluntary ecological guards, by the operators ecological operators Amsa and other public inspectors, for a total of €. 8.776,92 (if dismissed by the competent council commission);  
•    Motions and agendas.  
As established in the Conference of Presidents of the Council Groups, the session will take place via videoconference and in "mixed" mode, i.e. with part of the councilors present in the Chamber and part of the councilors remotely.
