Town Council. The work program
The session will take place via videoconference in 'mixed' mode, with councilors in the Chamber and remotely
Milan, May 19 2021 - The City Council will take place tomorrow, Thursday 20 May, starting at 16 pm with the following program of work.
At the beginning, for a maximum of one and a half hours, free interventions by the councilors (ex art. 21). Below are the resolutions:
- Management Report for the 2020 financial year;
- Recognition of off-balance sheet debt pursuant to art. 194, paragraph 1, letter a) of Legislative Decree no. 267/2000 deriving from a judicial ruling unfavorable to the Municipality of Milan, referred to in sentence no. 279/2021 of the Court of Milan in a civil case brought by the company AM Group Srl, for a total amount of €50.886,68;
- Recognition of off-balance sheet debts pursuant to art. 194 paragraph 1 letter a) of the Consolidated Law on Local Authorities (TUEL), deriving from the payment of legal expenses for executive judicial measures unfavorable to the Municipality of Milan in cases under the jurisdiction of the Specialized Collection and Collection Directorate for a total of €47.274,53.
- Motions and Agendas.
As established in the Conference of Presidents of the Council Groups, the session will take place via videoconference and in "mixed" mode, i.e. with part of the councilors present in the Chamber and part of the councilors remotely.
