Town Council. The work program
Milan, 14 April 2021 – The City Council will meet via video conference tomorrow, Thursday 15 April, at 15 pm.
The program of works includes, at the beginning, questions for immediate response.
Following is the examination of the resolutions: Recognition of off-balance sheet debts, pursuant to art. 194 paragraph 1, letter. A) of Legislative Decree 267/2000, deriving from the payment of legal expenses for unfavorable executive judicial measures issued by the judicial authority against the Municipality of Milan in appeals against violations ascertained by the local police, by the voluntary ecological guards, by the operators ecological operators Amsa and other public inspectors, for a total of €29.009,35; Single programming document (DUP) and budget forecast 2021-2023.
Finally, the continuation of the topics left over from the previous session.
