Milan, 7 April 2021 – The City Council will meet via video conference tomorrow, Thursday 8 April, at 15 pm. At the end of the free speeches of the councilors (ex art. 30), which will last a maximum of one hour, the program of work includes:

• Regulation for the management of municipal revenue collection - amendments and additions;
• recognition of off-balance sheet debts, pursuant to art. 194 paragraph 1, letter. A) of Legislative Decree 267/2000, deriving from the payment of legal expenses for unfavorable executive judicial measures issued by the judicial authority against the Municipality of Milan in appeals against violations ascertained by the local police, by the voluntary ecological guards, by the operators ecological AMSA and other public inspectors, for a total of €29.009,35;
• recognition of off-balance sheet debts, pursuant to art. 194, paragraph 1, letter. a), of Legislative Decree 267/2000, deriving from the payment of compensation for damages for civil liability of the Municipality of Milan, for causes followed by the State Property and Heritage Directorate according to the methods established by the civil liability policy towards third parties, following n . 2 executive judicial measures unfavorable to the Municipality for a total of €17.158,53;
• recognition, pursuant to art. 194, c. 1, letter. a), of Legislative Decree 267/00, of off-balance sheet debts deriving from the payment of legal expenses for n. 11 executive judicial measures unfavorable to the Municipality of Milan in cases by the municipal attorney's office for a total of €79.971,41;
• motions and agendas.
