Milan, March 21 2021 - Il Consiglio comunale si riunirà in video conferenza domani, lunedì 22 marzo, alle 15:30. Al termine gli interventi liberi dei consiglieri (ex art.21), delle Domande a risposta immediata e delle Risposte alle interrogazioni, il programma dei lavori prevede: 

• Modifiche delle previsioni del Piano dei Servizi del PGT vigente, ai sensi dell’art. 9 comma 15 LR 12/2005, e acquisizione delle aree dell’Agenzia Nazionale per l'Amministrazione e la Destinazione dei Beni Sequestrati e Confiscati alla Criminalità Organizzata, al fine di consentire la realizzazione del progetto con finalità di interesse pubblico Hub Interscambio San Cristoforo - Parcheggio Via Merula.

• Recognition of off-balance sheet debts, pursuant to art. 194 paragraph 1, letter. A) of Legislative Decree 267/2000, deriving from the payment of legal expenses for unfavorable executive judicial measures issued by the judicial authority against the Municipality of Milan in appeals against violations ascertained by the Local Police, by the voluntary ecological guards, by the operators ecological operators Amsa and other public inspectors, for a total of €. 29.009,35.

• Recognition, pursuant to art. 194, c. 1, letter. a), of Legislative Decree 267/00, of off-balance sheet debts deriving from the payment of legal expenses for n. 14 executive judicial measures unfavorable to the Municipality of Milan in cases followed by the Municipal Attorney's Office for a total of €. 64.343,94.
