Milan, February 7 2021 - The City Council will meet via video conference tomorrow, Monday 8 February, at 15 pm. At the end of the free interventions of the councilors (ex art.30) and the questions for immediate response, the work program includes:

• Resolutions of the City Council n. 29 of 14 July 2016, n. 31 of 21 July 2016, n. 23 of 11 September 2017, n. 31 of 10 September 2018, n. 36 of 17 October 2019, n. 12 of 14 May 2020, n. 38 of 29 July 2020, n. 39 of 29 July 2020 and n. 3 of 18 January 2021. Change to the composition of the permanent council commissions nos. 4, 6, 7, 10, 15 and 21.

• Recognition of off-balance sheet debts, pursuant to art. 194 paragraph 1, letter. A) of Legislative Decree 267/2000, deriving from the payment of legal expenses for unfavorable executive judicial measures issued by the judicial authority against the Municipality of Milan in appeals against violations ascertained by the Local Police, by the voluntary ecological guards, by the operators ecological operators Amsa and other public inspectors, for a total of €. 9.504,54. 

• Recognition of an off-balance sheet debt pursuant to art. 194, paragraph 1, letter. a), Legislative Decree 267/2000 for the amount of €74.078,78 in favor of the CdO Piazza del Lavoro Association of Milan (MI), including interest and legal expenses, to settle the “Made in Milan” project - IV Childhood and Adolescence Plan pursuant to law 285/97 in execution of the injunction decree no. 13394/2020 of 07/08/2020 (RG 21245/2020) of the Ordinary Court of Milan. 

• Recognition of an off-balance sheet debt pursuant to art. 194, paragraph 1, letter. a), Legislative Decree 267/2000 for the amount of €74.078,78 in favor of the CdO Piazza del Lavoro Association of Milan (MI), including interest and legal expenses, to settle the “Made in Milan” project - IV Childhood and Adolescence Plan pursuant to law 285/97 in execution of the injunction decree no. 13394/2020 of 07/08/2020 (RG 21245/2020) of the Ordinary Court of Milan. 

• Recognition of off-balance sheet debt pursuant to art. 194, 1st paragraph letter. a), Legislative Decree 267/2000, for the amount of €14.995,43 due for the reimbursement of the parking construction and monetization contribution paid in excess by Pentagono Milano srl in Liquidation, and for the amount of €650,00, 1561 relating to the unified contribution, in compliance with sentence n.2020/11.8.2020 of 180,69 issued by the TAR for Lombardy, in addition to the legal interest equal to €15.826,12 and so for a total of €XNUMX. 

• Recognition of off-balance sheet debt pursuant to art. 194 – paragraph 1 – letter. a) Legislative Decree 267/2000 for the total amount of €41.465,16 due for the reimbursement of the increased construction contribution paid by Gamma R3 Srl in addition to the legal interest equal to €1.168,99 for the total sum of € 42.634,15 in compliance with sentence no. 766/2017 issued by the Lombardy TAR. 

• Recognition of an off-balance sheet debt pursuant to art. 194 – paragraph 1 – letter. a) Legislative Decree 267/2000 for the total amount of €106.138,60 due for the reimbursement of the increased construction contribution to Gamma R3 Srl, including legal interest, in compliance with sentence no. 767/2017 of the Lombardy TAR. 

• Approval of the regulation for the establishment and regulation of the single property fee (art. 1, paragraphs 816 to 836, of law no. 160/2019) and the market concession fee (art. 1, paragraphs 837 to 845 , of law no. 160/2019). Correction of City Council resolution no. 74 of 16/12/2020.
