Town Council. The work program
TOWN COUNCIL. THE WORK PROGRAM
Milan, 17 January 2021 - The City Council will meet via video conference tomorrow, Monday 18 January, at 15 pm. At the end of the free interventions of the councilors (ex art. 30) and the questions for immediate response, the work program provides:
• “Deliberations of the City Council n. 29 of 14 July 2016, n. 31 of 21 July 2016, n. 23 of 11 September 2017, n. 31 of 10 September 2018, n. 36 of 17 October 2019, n. 12 of 14 May 2020, n. 38 of 29 July 2020 and n.39 of 29 July 2020. Modification of the composition of the permanent council commissions nos. 1, 3, 5, 6, 10, 14 and 15”. (under investigation)
• Provisions relating to abandoned buildings with critical issues pursuant to art. 40 bis of the Regional Law 11 March 2005 n. 12 and subsequent amendments and provisions relating to the recovery of existing ground floors pursuant to art. 8 of the Regional Law 26 November 2019, n. 18.
• Modification/integrations of the articles. 12, 21, 28, 33, 34, 38, 42, 43, 44, 46, 48, 56 and Annex A - Administrative Pecuniary Sanctions, of the current "Regulations for the Use and Protection of Public and Private Green Space", approved with resolution of the City Council n°37 of 11/12/2017.
• Arexpo SpA: approval of changes to the art. 3, paragraph 1, and art. 4, paragraph 1, of the Company Bylaws.
