Milan, October 16 2019 - The City Council will meet on Thursday 17 October, at 16 pm. At the beginning of the session, the Answers to questions and questions for immediate response, for a maximum of one hour. The following work program includes: 

•"Deliberations of the City Council n. 29 of 14 July 2016, n. 31 of 21 July 2016, n. 23 of 11 September 2017 and n. 31 of 10 September 2018. Modification of the composition of the permanent council commissions n. 2,5,7,11,12,14,15 ,18 and XNUMX".

•Motions and agendas.

• Mandatory fire surveillance service at Palazzo Reale, for the year 2018. Recognition of off-balance sheet debt pursuant to art. 194, paragraph 1, letter e) of Legislative Decree 267/2000. Amount €53.931,00.

•Recognition of the off-balance sheet debt deriving from the payment of the supply of equipment necessary for the Nu.I.R. Unit. of the Municipality of Milan for the needs of the emergency road intervention for a total of €5.001,27 including VAT, pursuant to art. 194, paragraph 1 letter. e) of Legislative Decree no. 267/00 and subsequent amendments.

•Recognition of off-balance sheet debt pursuant to art. 194, 1st paragraph letter. a), Legislative Decree 267/2000, deriving from the payment of the sum of 2.000,00 euros, plus accessories from publication to the actual balance and 7.733,34 euros, by way of legal expenses, in execution of the sentence of the Court of Milan Appeal - Labor Section n. 695/2019 of 26.03.2019, published on 16.05.2019. 
•Recognition of off-balance sheet debt pursuant to art. 194, 1st paragraph letter. a), Legislative Decree 267/2000, deriving from the payment of the sum of €75.336,45, in execution of the sentence of the Court of Milan - Labor Section n. 829/2019 of 28.03.2019, published on 20.05.2019.
