Consiglio comunale. Approvato il Piano annuale dell’offerta abitativa 2021
Milan, 16 December 2020 – Il Consiglio comunale ha approvato il Piano annuale dell’offerta abitativa pubblica per il 2021, già avallato dalla Giunta nel novembre scorso.
In totale, si tratta di 2.214 appartamenti: di questi, 2.014 sono case popolari (Sap, Servizi abitativi pubblici, 982 del Comune gestiti da MM e 1.032 di proprietà Aler), cui vanno aggiunti altri 200 appartamenti, 150 comunali e 50 Aler, riservati ai Sat, Servizi abitativi transitori con contratti brevi, destinati in particolare a nuclei familiari sfrattati o il cui appartamento è stato pignorato, con provvedimenti già eseguiti o in via di esecuzione. In caso di assegnazione, dovranno sottoscrivere con gli uffici comunali un Patto di accompagnamento per l'autonomia socio-economica e di partecipazione al primo bando Sap utile.
A reward score will be assigned to a category of people that the Administration has identified as being of particular social importance: family units leaving social protection and welfare structures (such as parent/child communities, light residential homes and educational communities for minors coming from institutions with regional accreditation, Rst, tenants of accommodation affiliated with the Municipality for housing emergencies) or from detention facilities.
With a policy agenda, the City Council has expanded the quota of public housing reserved for families who are in a state of poverty, or with an ISEE equal to or less than 3 thousand euros. The Council requests that the quota go from the 20% already indicated in the resolution to 40% of the 2.014 homes available, as already happened with the previous Plan, approved at the end of 2019.
An amendment was also accepted which reduces the quota reserved for the police forces and firefighters, from 5 to 3%.
