Town Council. The new concession fee regulation has been approved
Milan, March 11 2021 – With 26 votes in favor and 8 abstentions, the City Council approved the new regulation of the municipal concession fee. This is the so-called Single Fee (CU), provided for by law 160/2019, which concerns the capital fee for concession, authorization or advertising display. The resolution regulates the concession fee, authorization for land occupation and dissemination of advertising messages and also regulates the concession fee for spaces intended for markets.
The approved regulation provides for the same discipline as the existing one, tax continuity and above all the invariance of revenue. The Single Fee replaces the entire sector of minor local taxes (COSAP, fee for the occupation of public spaces; ICP, municipal advertising tax and public billboard right; CIMP, fee for installing advertising media), with the aim of rationalizing them.
