Consiglio comunale.

The concepts of "permeable area" and "buffer area" are then introduced: the first corresponds to the surface of land around the tree which remains open to the sky, on which only paving or protective grids can be laid which guarantee free water exchange and gaseous; the second is the portion of soil in which the roots can freely develop.

The new rules provide that, to allow the maintenance of permeability around the tree and not compromise its underground root system, the Administration identifies, through a subsequent technical document and based on the different tree types, the forms of protection and the dimensions minimum permeable areas and buffer areas to be guaranteed, both in the case of new plantings and in the case of opening construction sites near the trees. At the same time, the table which in the current regulation distinguishes the size classes and areas of relevance of the trees, initially designed with the same purpose but which proved to be less effective, is eliminated, because it is considered less effective.

The regulation is updated to also provide the possibility for micromobility devices to circulate on asphalted avenues and paths and the faculty for the Administration to regulate access to play areas for distinct age groups for children and accompanying adults only. , in order to protect them from vandalism and damage. Finally, it is specified that professionals equivalent to agrarians and agrotechnicians are also eligible to sign projects and technical reports.
