Town Council. The changes to the tourist tax and tariff regulations have been approved
Milan, July 30 2021 - The City Council approved the changes to the Tourist Tax and Tari regulations, through the implementation of the regulatory changes introduced, respectively, by Legislative Decree no. 34/2020 and by Legislative Decree. n. 116/2020.
As regards the municipal tourist tax, the changes refer to the subjects obliged to pay the tax, the declaration obligations and the sanctions that can be imposed during the assessment.
For the Tari, the decree made significant changes regarding waste and packaging and eliminated the category of waste assimilated to municipal waste previously in force, also reserving for non-domestic users the right to send waste for recovery outside the public service .
