Town Council. The new IMU for 2020 has been approved
Milan, July 27 2020 - With 25 votes in favour, the municipal council approved the rates relating to the municipal tax (IMU) for the year 2020. The new IMU 2020 provides for the unification of the IMU-TASI rates of 2019 and does not lead to an increase in pressure tax, but only the stabilization of the 2019 tax burden. For the IMU the basic rate is 1,06% while for the TASI it is 0,08%.
