Town Council. Resolution for the provision of suretyship approved
Milan, November 22 2021 - With 28 votes in favour, the municipal council approved the resolution for the provision of suretyship pursuant to art. 207 of Legislative Decree 18/8/2000 n. 267 to guarantee the loan of €. 3.091.591,00 which the Banca di Credito Cooperativo di Milano SC will grant to the Fondazione Collegio delle Università Milanesi, for the financing of part of the expenditure necessary for the implementation of the efficiency, expansion and maintenance project of the municipally owned property located in Via San Vigilio n. 10, destined for the University College of Milan.
The Chamber also gave the green light to the immediate execution of the provision.
