Thus the councilor for Labor Policies, Productive Activities and Commerce Cristina Tajani comments on the launch of Bosisa Drive-In.

The Bovisa Drive-In project was born thanks to FabriQ, the first incubator dedicated to social innovation of the Municipality of Milan with headquarters in via Val Trompia in Quarto Oggiaro: Makers Hub is among the winning companies of the "FabriQ Quarto - Neighborhood Innovations tender" , born with the aim of contributing to the reactivation of the Bovisa district, making it a resource for the city and a place for meeting and socialising.

The Bovisa Drive-In is inspired by atmospheres of the last century but uses the most modern entertainment technologies: video and audio quality will be guaranteed by the use of the latest generation systems. The projection screen is made up of a LedWall system, capable of showing high resolution images in any light condition while the audio quality is guaranteed by the use of headphones and speakers. The headphones with their ergonomic over-ear shape will allow you to exclude external noises to better enjoy the audio of the film and the speakers will recreate the cinema effect even in the car. Each spectator, thanks to a device designed by the organizers, will have dedicated audio and will be able to choose whether to listen to the film in the original language, in Italian or other available languages.

Bovisa Drive-In is one of the start-ups that won the "FabriQ - neighborhood innovation" tender of the Municipality of Milan, which aimed to support new entrepreneurial activities by promoting a path of urban regeneration of peripheral neighborhoods, making the suburbs a resource strategic for the city. Bovisa Drive-In is located on EuroMilano land made available free of charge for the sole purpose of assisting in the promotion of the area and enhancing the neighbourhood.
