Commemoration of the Dead. Thursday and Friday wreath laying at the Major and Monumental Cemetery
Milan, October 27 2021 – Thursday 28 October, as part of the initiatives organized by the municipal administration for 2 November, the day of the Commemoration of the Dead, the councilor for civic services Gaia Romani will intervene in the ceremonies that will be held at the Major Cemetery and the Monumental Cemetery.
At 10:00, the laying of wreaths with ANPI - National Association of Partisans of Italy, at the Campo della Gloria in the Major Cemetery.
At 11 am, the laying of wreaths with ANED - National Association of former deportees to the Nazi camps, at the Monumental Cemetery, at the Monument to the Fallen in the Nazi camps and the Jewish Cemetery.
On Friday 29 October, at 15 pm, the councilor for Labor Policies Alessia Cappello will speak at the wreath-laying ceremony which will be held at the Major Cemetery, at the Monument to the Fallen at Work, with ANMIL - National Association of Mutilated and Invalid Workers.
