Milan, June 25 2019 – Tomorrow, Wednesday 26 June, at 17 pm in Largo Cavalieri di Malta (Lorenteggio area), the Councilor for Housing and Public Works Gabriele Rabaiotti will be present at the presentation of the 'Smart&Green' San Carlo Trieste residential complex. The new energy system of the private condominium, made up of 30 buildings, was created by the company Engie Italia and intends to present itself as an example for the condominiums of the future in terms of efficiency and reduction of the carbon footprint (a parameter that is used to estimate gas emissions greenhouse caused by a product), with 32 tons of CO₂ and 200 thousand euros saved per year.

Together with the councilor, Olivier Jacquier, CEO of Engie Italia, Lidia Grigioni of Immobiliare San Carlo Trieste and Augusto De Castro, CEO of E-Vai and COO FNM S.p.A. will speak.
