The notice has been published obtained through a fruitful collaborative process
Milan, November 29 2022 – The tender is open from today until 27 January 2023 to assign 48 apartments of the Public Housing Services (SAP) to members of the State Police, Carabinieri, Financial Police, Penitentiary Police and the Fire Brigade serving in the Municipality of Milan.
This measure, foreseen by the "Annual plan for the supply of public and social housing services" approved by the City Council, allows a quota equal to 5% of the available accommodation of public housing services to be reserved for law enforcement personnel.
On the basis of the final rankings, the Municipality of Milan will, in its capacity as owner of the properties, assign each housing unit to the applicant with the highest score up to the percentage quota reserved for the strength of the order to which they belong.
MM SpA, the company in charge of managing the homes of the Milanese public heritage, has indicated, at the request of the municipal administration, the 48 homes that will be made available.
The publication of the notice completes a fruitful collaboration between the Prefecture of Milan, the Municipality of Milan, MM SpA and the police forces who participated with conviction in its creation.
