The multiservice project for the Cascina Merlata district was presented

Milan, March 18 2023 – A new service that will be intended for the residents of Cascina Merlata, a project that was born as a point of reference for the entire neighborhood with a strong social value. Hub Merlata was presented today, the new neighborhood concierge which will serve 15.000 inhabitants in 2027.

This is a project that adds a new piece to the creation of Cascina Merlata, one of the most ambitious urban transformation interventions present in Milan today, with an interesting mix of intended uses: 690 apartments in subsidized housing, 914 apartments in ordinary subsidized construction and another 410 under construction.

Starting from this scenario, Hub Merlata intends to enhance the concept of community and promote the circular economy and cooperation between people by making numerous services available, including collection of mail and parcels, concierge, making use of competent suppliers, experts and trust. It will offer services dedicated to the home and the person, from small building, plumbing and electrical maintenance to home physiotherapy or dog-sitting services.
