Milan, July 25 2019 - In these days of intense heat, the Municipality invites people to report cases of people in difficulty using the numbers made available to the Administration as part of the social plan: the toll-free number 800 777 888, which answers from 8am to 20pm from Monday to Saturday and also on Sunday from 8am to 19pm in the event of heat waves reported by the ATS bulletins and which can be used to request and activate home care services such as meal delivery, medical consultations, hygiene support of the home and of the person, relational support.

The Municipality also pays particular attention to the homeless who may find themselves in difficulty due to the high temperatures. In addition to the night and day mobile units deployed, in collaboration with third sector associations, to monitor the situation of those who refuse reception in the centres, the number 02 884 47646 is active for reports from citizens.
