PLEASE NOTE THAT

the Municipal Administration of Milan intends to proceed with theexploratory investigation aimed at collecting expressions of interest for the sale of municipal development rights, through a public tender procedure.

RECIPIENTS

This notice is aimed at natural/legal persons who do not find themselves in situations that involve the loss or suspension of the ability to contract with the Public Administration.

 METHOD AND DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST

To submit expressions of interest, it is necessary to fill in the specific "expression of interest form" which can be downloaded from the website of the Municipality of Milan www.comune.milano.it.

A photocopy of the signatory's identity document must be attached to the expression of interest form - drawn up on plain paper and in Italian, signed with a non-authenticated signature.

The following must be indicated in the "expression of interest form":

• the name of the person who intends to express their interest;
• your tax code;
• the certified email address;
• the quantity of development rights in square meters of Gross Surface Area (SL) that you intend to purchase;
• in the first instance, the area of ​​property in which to use the development rights;
• in the second instance, in the event that the area of ​​use of the development rights has not yet been identified, the possible landing zone (ABCDE), as identified in Annex A.

The form duly completed in its entirety and signed by the interested party must be presented NO LATER THAN JUNE 16, 2022, by sending to the certified email address: planningurbanistica@postacert.comune.milano.it
Forms of presentation in ways other than those described and specified in this notice are not permitted.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

This notice constitutes an invitation to demonstrate and not an invitation to offer, nor an offer to the public pursuant to art. 1336 of the Civil Code. It is aimed at natural/legal persons and is aimed at obtaining non-binding expressions of interest aimed at purchasing development rights. The notice will therefore not constitute an expression of a will to negotiate, nor will it lead to the Municipality of Milan assuming responsibility of any kind, even on a pre-contractual basis, not generating any obligation or commitment for the Municipal Administration towards the interested parties and any rights or claim, for any reason, against the Municipal Administration by the subjects who have expressed interest.
The Municipal Administration reserves the unquestionable right at any time not to proceed, to interrupt or suspend the procedure in question, without the participants being able to claim anything.
This notice is published on the website www.comune.milano.it and on the Notice Board of the Municipality of Milan.
The Municipality of Milan reserves the right to make additions and/or corrections to this notice by simply communicating it on the website www.comune.milano.it.

INFORMATION RELATING TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
Pursuant to the European Regulation on the protection of personal data n. 2016/679, Legislative Decree 30.06.2003 n.196 and Legislative Decree 10.8.2018 n.101, the data collected are processed for institutional purposes, with the aid of paper and IT media of the Municipality of Milan. The provision of data is mandatory and any refusal will result in exclusion from the procedure. The data collected may be communicated to the competent administrations, authorities for checks on self-certifications pursuant to art. 71 of Presidential Decree 445/2000 and for the execution of all obligations required by current national and community legislation. The data controller is the Municipality of Milan. The data will be processed in compliance with the principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency, in order to ensure the protection of the interested party's privacy, without prejudice to the necessary publicity of the tender procedure in accordance with the legislative provisions in force. The interested party may exercise the rights referred to in the articles. 15-22 of EU Regulation 679/2016, where applicable, with particular reference to art.13 paragraph 2 letter B which provides for the right of access to personal data, rectification, cancellation, limitation of processing, opposition to treatment.
Requests for the exercise of the rights of the interested party must be sent to the email address of the person responsible for the protection of personal data dpo@comune.milano.it. Interested parties, if the conditions are met, can lodge a complaint with the Italian Supervisory Authority - Guarantor for the protection of personal data - Piazzale Monte Citorio 121 - 00186 Rome.
